Open Minds Day — the annual summit of OMD Optimum Media Ukraine. One page had to sell the idea, register the guest and run a full-day agenda of three parallel tracks, on the date the invitations went out.
An invited guest opens the page once, on a phone, and needs three answers: what this is, when to be there, who is speaking. Everything else is decoration.
The hard part was the schedule — three parallel tracks, twelve speakers, slots down to ten minutes, still shifting a week before the summit. It had to stay readable on a 380px screen and editable by the client without us.
The opening screen is written as a chat thread — the way the invite actually reached people. Date, slogan and the single red CTA sit inside it, nothing below the fold required.
Agenda, main stage and evening programme each take a tinted column with time pills. On mobile the columns stack in running order, so the day reads as one list.
Electric blue ground, one red accent, the fortune-teller key visual and rounded blobs from the OMD mark — no gradients competing with the photography.
Red is reserved for actions and time pills; the blue ramp carries every surface. The third track's amber exists only inside the schedule, so the day is scannable by colour.
