A national infrastructure engineering firm — water, transportation, aviation, environmental. Two audiences share one home page: public agencies awarding contracts, and the engineers deciding where to work next.
Multi-discipline engineering sites usually collapse into a directory. A city engineer arrives looking for wastewater credentials; a candidate arrives looking for culture. Neither should have to read past the other.
The page splits the difference by ordering the scroll as an argument: who we are, what the industry ranks us at, what we practise, what we have built, what is happening now, and finally — come work here.
#48, #39, #86, #70 — the ENR positions sit in a single navy band right under the hero, set at display size. In public-sector procurement the ranking is the credential, so it precedes the copy.
Seven line-drawn icons on a light grid, each underlined in its own sector colour, over a faint wireframe of a structure. The colour bar is what a returning visitor navigates by.
Featured projects run edge to edge as a carousel of aerials — treatment plants, an arch bridge, a digester. Photographs of finished infrastructure argue competence better than any claim.
Orange appears only on buttons, ranking figures and the logo mark. Navy carries the two authority bands; the seven sector colours live strictly as 3px underlines on the expertise tiles.
